Tiffany Varela is a Houston native and experienced Houston real estate agent with more than a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Houston, North Houston, and The Woodlands real estate markets. With over $85 million in career real estate sales, Tiffany has built a reputation for strong market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and delivering a smooth and well organized transaction from contract to closing.

Born and raised in Houston, Tiffany offers clients a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and lifestyle. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes in The Woodlands, North Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding Houston suburbs. Whether working with first time buyers, relocation clients moving to Texas, or experienced investors, Tiffany provides knowledgeable guidance throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Before becoming a full time Realtor, Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and worked for a commercial title company in Greenway Plaza as an Escrow Assistant. This experience gave her an in depth understanding of the Houston real estate closing process, contracts, and timelines. Having worked with brokers, agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and investors, she gained valuable insight into how successful transactions come together and how to anticipate potential challenges before they arise.

Today, Tiffany combines her local Houston market knowledge, finance background, and transaction experience to help clients make confident real estate decisions. She believes that clear communication and keeping clients informed is key to a successful buying or selling experience. Her goal is to make every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible while helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Many of Tiffany’s clients come through referrals and repeat business, a reflection of the trust and long term relationships she builds with the people she serves.

In addition to her finance background, Tiffany holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Art History, which fuels her appreciation for architecture, design, and the unique character of homes throughout Houston and The Woodlands.

Outside of real estate, Tiffany enjoys traveling, exploring Houston’s restaurant scene, and spending time with family.
